Location & Access

The hotel is situated in Puerto Cancun, 10 minutes from Downtown. It is directly connected to Marina Town Center, a large shopping center with commercial stores, restaurants, and a VIP cinema. The Puerto Cancun Golf Course is located just a few meters away.

Rooms & Design

Room decor draws inspiration from Mayan mythology, including a shadow of a surfer on the bathroom wall. Rooms have private balconies, and guests can choose between marina or ocean views. Key card access is required for the elevators, adding a layer of security.

Dining & Entertainment

The hotel offers two restaurants, including Kaajal (Mayan for "beginning") and Litoral, plus the Zek Bar (Mayan for "end"). Live music and a father-daughter duo performing songs happen every Saturday night in the lobby, plus a violin player during breakfast. Happy hour and themed dinners are offered on-site.

limited offerings unhelpful staff

the room i booked was not what i expected it was smaller than anticipated. the hotel store had limited offerings it was quite small. i also found the water situation odd as i had stomach issues the first night and the staff were unhelpful regarding using a mobile phone in mexico

Breakfast had many options. There was something for everyone.

The room I had was smaller than expected for the price. The water situation was also a problem. I had stomach issues the first night. Staff had no answers regarding mobile phone use in the country. The hotel store was small and limited.
